For this milestone project, I served as the director, interviewer, and final editor, shaping a narrative that honors New River Electrical’s 70‑year history and the employee‑owners who built it. Working from an initial draft edit provided by Sam Dean Photography - who also captured the footage - I refined the story, strengthened the emotional arc, and crafted a cohesive visual flow that feels warm, human, and true to the company’s values.

My focus was on creating a calm, inviting rhythm that blends historical reflection with forward‑looking optimism. Through thoughtful interviews, intentional pacing, and clean, modern editing, the final piece highlights the culture, craftsmanship, and people‑first spirit that define New River Electrical.
